Robert joined Arsco in 2011 and began his career with the company on the shop floor, working his way through the ranks to his current leadership role.

Because he has firsthand experience with the work, Robert is able to recognize challenges quickly, understand their impact, and develop practical solutions that keep jobs moving. His background allows him to lead with credibility, clarity, and a strong respect for the people doing the work.

As Production Manager, Robert helps oversee daily production activity, supports workflow efficiency, and works to keep projects on schedule. He plays an important role in troubleshooting issues, coordinating priorities, and helping maintain communication between the floor and other areas of the business. Outside of work, Robert enjoys spending time on the water fishing and spending quality time with his family. One of his bucket-list goals is landing a Roosterfish in Central America.
