Michelle Nesselroad serves as Director of Quality at Arsco Custom Metals, bringing a strong background in leadership, process discipline, service, and attention to detail. Before joining Arsco, Michelle spent 18 years as an ICU and ER nurse.

Her career in healthcare included a year providing critical care in Iraq following the events of September 11, reflecting her courage, resilience, and deep commitment to helping others. That experience shaped her ability to remain calm under pressure, focus on details, and lead with both accountability and compassion. These qualities translate directly into her work at Arsco, where quality, consistency, and teamwork are essential to customer success.

In her role, Michelle supports quality systems, process improvement, compliance, and team collaboration. She brings a thoughtful and disciplined approach to identifying issues, supporting corrective action, and helping teams maintain high standards. Her background gives her a strong appreciation for procedures, documentation, and follow-through, all of which are critical to a strong quality culture.

Michelle is known for her positive attitude, willingness to help, and ability to encourage those around her. She lives by the belief that every day is a new opportunity to be the best version of ourselves, and she brings that mindset to her work and her team.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys the calm comforts of home life and is musically gifted, playing both the flute and saxophone. One day, she hopes to visit Croatia and experience its natural beauty and rich history.
