Kristen E. Hemmert serves as Chief Financial Officer of Arsco Custom Metals, bringing nearly two decades of experience in finance, business administration, and organizational leadership. As a member of Arsco’s leadership team for more than 13 years, Kristen has played an essential role in supporting the company’s financial strength, administrative structure, and long-term growth.

In her role, Kristen’s responsibilities extend beyond traditional finance. She provides leadership across administrative operations, human resources, sales operations, and production workflow development. Her ability to combine financial strategy with practical operational insight has helped strengthen efficiency, collaboration, and accountability across the organization.

Kristen is known for her analytical approach, steady decision-making, and ability to bring structure to complex business needs. Her work supports not only financial performance, but also the systems and processes that allow Arsco’s teams to operate effectively. By connecting administrative functions with production and sales priorities, she helps ensure that the organization remains aligned, responsive, and prepared for continued growth.

Before joining Arsco, Kristen held finance-related roles with major institutions, where she developed a strong foundation in financial analysis, engineering finance, and cross-functional business leadership.

Outside of work, Kristen enjoys travel and has set two unique personal goals: visiting all New Seven Wonders of the World and spending at least one night in every U.S. state in alphabetical order. Her love of planning, exploration, and meaningful experiences reflects the same thoughtful and organized approach she brings to her professional life.
